Discipling Children Through Worship – LBC ChM Retreat 2018

If “music” is the first word that comes to your mind when you hear “worship,” then you’ve got to come to this retreat! More than just music, we will dialogue on what is biblical worship and how our worship shapes our children to be followers of Jesus. We will also discuss how to choose songs for our children to sing.

Come out to lovely Queensville to be renewed through fellowship time, group activities and learning.

Dr. Wan received her Ph.D. in Church Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where her dissertation topic studied the role of women in corporate worship. She is passionate about teaching the next generation of church leaders how to worship in Spirit and Truth.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

You can choose to drive yourself or carpool. If you require a ride or would like to offer your car for carpool please email xenia.tang@logosbaptist.org.

What can I bring into the event?

Weather appropriate clothes, travel mug or thermos, your Bible, a pen (or two), and an open heart to hear from God!
